Institutions that have a valid REN services agreement in place with TENET may apply for the service through their institutional IT department, which can log a request with our Service Desk.
Individual users who want to make use of the service will need to contact their home institution's IT help desk for support. If you are unaware of your local IT contact, then you may contact our Service Desk and we will direct you accordingly.
TENET can assist institutions with procuring Education Plan meeting licenses as well as optional add-on licenses viz. Large Meetings, Webinars, Zoom Rooms and H.323/SIP Room Connectors.
