We recently had our quarterly board meeting where we were elated to have a 100 percent attendance, a first in many years. This showed the amazing dedication and commitment our directors have to TENET for which we remain highly appreciative.
Here we once again made use of our videoconferencing facilities Vidyo to connect to four of our directors located outside of Cape Town, one of which was a newly appointed director, Ms Heloise Emdon based in Canada. We were also joined by two more newly appointed directors, namely Mr William Stuke and Mr Dale Peters who we were happy to have join us at our Cape Town office.
A momentous achievement which was noted by the board with appreciation and applause was TENET’s full repayment of debt to the Development Bank of Southern Africa. This was an exciting milestone reached for which TENET is happy to have completed.
The next proposed board meeting is scheduled for 12 December 2016 and is subject to confirmation by poll.
